Eligibility Criteria
Prospective candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
- For Law graduates: Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division in both first degree and Law School.
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant status (ACA, ACCA) may be required for specific business units.
Additional Requirements:
- At least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Age below 28 years at the time of application.
- Excellent research, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- No prior participation in the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
